Hey Callander skaters! We love your enthusiasm, but the Bill Barber Rink needs a little TLC before it’s safe and ready for you. That means the rink is CLOSED until at least Thursday.
We know it’s tempting to sneak in a few laps, but here’s the deal:
Every time someone uses the rink while it’s closed, it delays our ability to reopen it for everyone. Think of it like baking cookies—if you keep opening the oven door, they’ll never be ready!
So please, stay off the ice until we give the green light. If folks keep skating while it’s closed, we’ll have no choice but to start calling the police. And trust us, nobody wants to explain to the officer why they were doing figure eights in a “Closed” zone.
