Re: Stone Cutter’s Road Closure

Beginning July 28^th, the Stone Cutter’s Road multi-plate culvert replacement project will commence and the road will be closed to allow for the replacement fo the culvert. The road will be closed at Stone Cutter’s Road and Highway 654 and Stone Cutter’s Road and Hart Road intersections.

Properties West of Bear Creek on Stone Cutter’s Road up to the culvert replacement will continue to have “local access only” to Highway 654. Properties East of Bear Creek will continue to have “local access only” and will need to use Hart Road to Hazelglen Road to access Highway 654.

J&P Leveque Bros Haulage Ltd. Have been awarded the contract by Council for the installation of the culvert and will be onsite for the duration of the project. The anticipated timeline for the project is July 28^th through August 22^nd, and the road will be closed for the duration of the project.
