At this meeting, Council will:

• Approve by-laws to appoint new Councillors
• Administer Oaths of Office
• Approve the 2026 municipal budget (both operating and capital)
• Appoint the Municipal Weed Inspector for 2026
• Discuss supporting the East Ferris Fire & Emergency Services Training Centre
• Review a Site Plan Control Agreement for 888 Main Street South (The Breeze)
• Accept a resignation from the Committee of Adjustment
