An application has been made for a Minor Variance on the property described as Lot 15 Smith Island, in order to reduce the setback fronting the shoreline from 30 metres to 15 metres. A public meeting to consider this matter will be held by the Committee of Adjustment on July 8th at 6:30 p.m. at 280 Main Street North.
