Did you receive a letter from Service Line Warranties?

Don't worry, it's not a scam!

🌼 Heads up, Callander neighbours! 🌼

You might see a letter in your mailbox from Service Line Warranties (SLW) about optional coverage for water or sewer lines on your property. These mailings can feel a bit confusing, so here’s what you need to know:
✨ It’s not a scam
✨ It didn’t come from the Municipality
✨ It’s just an optional program some homeowners choose if they want extra protection for the water/sewer lines they’re responsible for on their own property

If you have questions about the coverage, pricing, or whether it’s right for you, please reach out to SLW directly using the info in their letter.

We’re not involved in the program, but we hope this helps clear things up!
