Formed on March 6, 1956, the Ontario Building Officials Association was established to strengthen building inspection standards, promote uniform regulations, and support the education and professional development of Building Officials across Ontario.

70 years later, that mission continues, evolving alongside the industry to ensure safer buildings and stronger communities.
