The South Shore Community Centre building is wheel-chair accessible and can accommodate up to 40 people. The Centre is a popular venue for meetings, parties and boardgame activities.
The Upstairs Hall, accommodating up to 40 individuals, features a Small Kitchen equipped with essential amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen also includes limited silverware, dishes, and glasses. The hall’s layout comprises 5 round tables and 40 chairs, creating an inviting environment for gatherings. Additionally, the Downstairs Skate Change Area and Outdoor Rink, with a capacity of 40 people, offer practical amenities such as benches and washrooms, catering to outdoor activities. These well-equipped spaces foster community engagement, making the center a hub for diverse events and interactions.

• Rental Key Pick-Up - During summer hours we close at 1 pm on Fridays.
• Key Non-Return Fee $50.00
• Noise By-Law Exemption for Event: $75
• These rates are subject to change without notice and are reviewed on an annual basis. Half day = up to 6 hours
• Full Day = anything over 6 hours
• The Renter is responsible for ALL set up and clean up associated with the event/rental.

During the booking process, you will have the option to leave a note specifying your preferences. If you wish to book only specific areas (e.g., Upstairs Meeting Room ONLY), please leave a note indicating your preferences, and our team will contact you to finalize the details.
*If you do not rent the entire facility for your event, another event could be booked in the portion of the facility that has not been rented.
