The objective of the “Lockdown” – Grey category is to implement widescale measures and restrictions, including closures, to halt or interrupt transmission. It is anticipated that the lockdown will last fourteen (14) days in our area. This could change based on further direction from the Province.

Open with restrictions. The Main Office will be accommodating walk-ins subject to strict protocols on entry and active COVID-19 screening. Appointments are encouraged for in-person transactions. Appointments can be made at 705-752-1410. We are encouraging residents to access municipal services online at www.callander.ca, as much as possible during this time. We strongly encourage the public to refrain from accessing the Main Office for matters that can be dealt with following the lockdown (i.e. dog tags, recycling bins, commissioning, etc.). Forms, cheques and other documents can be dropped off at our lockbox at the main doors, which is verified daily. |
