Water & Sewage Services

Water and Sewer services are available in the urban service area.

Water Bills are sent out on a quarterly basis, are metered and are based on consumption. The water rate is $8.64 per 1,000 gallons of water used while the sewer rate is $10.71, which is calculated at 124% of the water used.

Bills are sent out as follows:

1st Quarter - Representing January to March consumption: due April 30th
2nd Quarter - Representing April to June consumption: due July 31st
3rd Quarter - Representing July to September consumption: due October 31st
4th Quarter - Representing October to December consumption: due January 31st

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Personal Cheques, Cash, Telebanking and Internet banking - please contact your financial institution for instructions. Interac available. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Pre-authorized payment option is not available for water/sewer bills due to billing based on consumption.

WATER SAMPLING: BACTERIAL SAMPLE RESULTS AND QUARTERLY REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AT THE FRONT COUNTER.
