Staff & Location
The Callander Roads & Public Works Department oversees Municipal and Public Services such as street lighting, sidewalk maintenance, snow plowing, salting & sanding, culvert steaming, roads maintenance, roadside grass cutting, tree maintenance, debris & litter pick-up, cold patching, grading, dust control, municipal water, storm and sanitary sewer services, plus the maintenance of parks and community facilities.
At present the Roads & Public Works Department maintains 77.2km of Municipal roads.
Report any street light outages or malfunctions to Roads & Public Works dispatcher at 752-1010. The exact location of the street light is required. The outage reports are forwarded to our contractor for repair.
