The Department

This department works very closely with the community and its volunteer committees. Callander hosts a variety of events, activities and programs and the Recreation and Community Events Coordinator liaises with council, staff and committees to design, plan, implement and coordinate areas such as; Evening of Appreciation, Safe Halloween, Callander Lights Up Christmas, as well as Community Centre and facility rentals.
