Callander residents may dispose of items by taking them to the Merrick Landfill Site which is located on Hwy. 11 North on Sand Dam Road. For inquires on the Landfill Site's fees and hours please call (705) 495-0746.
Items such as paint cans, batteries, steel, aluminium, grass clippings, leaves sod and dirt (gravel and rocks are not accepted) may be brought to the Miller Waste Depot located at 112 Patton Street in North Bay from Wednesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
NOTICE: STATUTORY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE CHANGE - Please be advised there will be no garbage pick up on statutory holidays. For the rescheduled pick up time please reference the "Notices" section on our home page.
