CAP Computer Sessions

The Community Access Program, otherwise known as CAP, is a Government of Canada initiative, administered by Industry Canada, which aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively.

As part of the CAP program, Industry Canada has routinely funded CAP interns to deliver Internet training sessions within public libraries.
